I remember when a Morgan freeman flick was worth at least $100.

Morgan Freeman's new movie, Momentum cost around $20 million to make and it's recent opening in the United Kingdom didn't quite make all that back. In fact, a couple of theaters didn't sell any tickets to the movie at all! Those that did sell a few only managed to make the equivalent of $69.

That doesn't necessarily mean it's a crappy movie but, the reviews (along with those horrible opening figures) sure make it seem like one. According to an article at yahoo.com:

Momentum currently has a 26 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The Hollywood Reporter described it as a “daft action flick” with a part for Freeman “that might well have been shot in half a day,” while Empire said it was “one of the worst films you won’t see in 2015.”

Doesn't look like the new Star Wars movie has anything to worry about.
