Not to mention set to a metalcore track That's exactly what Denver metalcore rockers The Anchor did to help out Los Angeles metalcore outfit The Ghost Inside. Their tour bus was involved in a serious accident on the outskirts of El Paso that has left several band and tour members in the hospital.

The Anchor decided to make a parody version of one of The Ghost Inside's song to give metal fans a fun way to learn how to make Shepard's Pie.
