It all started when…well, I guess it actually started when someone decided to have a “Stop the Violence” charity basketball game and invited a bunch of rappers to participate. At some point in the game, Lil’ Wayne disagreed with a call the referee made and spit on the ref. Members of Lil’s Young Money team got into and the referee was run out of the building.

The S. Louis based anti-violence campaign is called Put Down the Pistol and, in fairness, there was no actual gunplay. So…that’s a “win” I guess?
