Who says eating out means you have to eat crap?

Food trucks are the coolest thing ever, bringing tasty food to places without many restaurant options or more variety to areas with limited options. From fast - food to restaurant quality food, as well as snacks, desserts and even drinks. They've got it all.

There's even a food truck offering farm fresh food! Wannabe Farms is up and running in and around Las Cruces. Owner Gabe Payan told the Las Cruces Sun-News:

“We’re the newest food truck in town and our concept is farm to table, meaning everything that we buy is either locally produced or through a local grocery store or local business.”

Payan added that one major benefit of eating local is that you know where your food came from.

“People should know how far (their food) has to travel." "With global warming and the earth the way it is at this point, we should all try to stick together and make it a community as much as possible.

You can reach them at 575-635-2765 or on Facebook. They also do catering!
