Kiss Cam Proposal Fail – Teresa’s Aww! Of The Day [VIDEO]

This dude proposed to his girlfriend on the "kiss cam" at the UCLA basketball game.  The video is on You Tube now and not for a good reason.   The girl turns him down by getting up and leaving!  How embarrassing for the poor guy.  This is why you do these things in private!  I am really hoping it was staged, but if not, this guy has got to be scarred for life!
