Free UTEP Hockey Box Seats

Last season, the UTEP Miners hockey team kicked some serious ice. Keep reading to see how to win the best seats in the house to watch 'em kick some more Sunday!

Sunday, the UTEP Miners hockey team takes on the University of North Texas in the El Paso County Events Center, 4100 Paisano, next to the Coliseum. The "Ice Miners" play Saturday and Sunday this weekend and I snagged some box seats for the Sunday game at 11am.

They're not only the best seats in the house but, you'll get to stay in them for the whole game because you'll have your very own waitstaff and bartender!  All you have to do for a chance to win is ...

First, (if you haven't already), download the KLAQ mobile app from Google Play or, The App Store. Then, use the app to send us a picture of you with something hockey related. It could be you with your own gear, a picture of you with a hockey player, or holding a pair of skates or a puck or something. What the hell, DRAW a hockey stick or something and snap a selfie holding it up.

Send those in via the KLAQ app by 1pm Friday, (Dec. 1st), and we'll select 5 or 6 of our favorites to hook up with the best seats in the house for Sunday! The pick we like the BEST-best, gets a 4 pack of tickets!
