Sun City Car Pool Cinema debuted last weekend and from the looks of it, it was a fun time! Check out the highlights on C&G Entertainment's Instagram page! The El Paso County Coliseum along with C&G Entertainment have officially brought back the drive-in movie experience to El Paso and they're not done yet, this coming weekend they will be bringing you four movies that will please everyone!

This week, C&G will be bringing us something for everyone. "Sonic the Hedgehog" for the kids, "It" for the horror lovers, "Step Brothers" for a some (crude) humor and "The Sandlot" for the entire family to enjoy!

Each movie will have two separate showings; at 8:20 P.M. and at 10 P.M. You can purchase your tickets by clicking here. It looks like it will be $31, with a $2.50 fee. If you want front row that will cost you $41 and a $2.50 fee. I think one of the main questions was if you were allowed to bring your own food, for safety reasons outside food and beverages are not allowed. "Sun City Car Pool Cinema" is such a great way to get out of the house and still practice social distancing, it's also a great way to see some great movies on the big screen (even if they aren't new releases). If you recall, I expressed my woes earlier this month when I wrote about drive-in theaters thriving all across Texas except here in El Paso. Drive-in theaters are seeing a boom during the pandemic, mainly due to the fact that regular movie theaters aren't opening up yet. Again, you can buy tickets to this great  event here.
