Former NFL Cheerleader Accused Of Having Sexual Relationship With 15-Year-Old Boy
Molley Shattuck, used to be known as the oldest NFL cheerleader, but now she is known as the woman who is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old, she met on Instagram.
According to WBAL-TV, on Monday, a Sussex County, Delaware, Grand Jury indicted Molly Shattuck on nine counts: Two counts of third-degree rape, a Class B felony in Delaware; four counts of unlawful sexual contact, a Class F felony; and three counts of distributing alcohol to a minor, a misdemeanor.
The 47-year-old mother of three turned herself in to the Sussex Country Superior Court, where she plead not guilty, and posted her $84,000 bail.
The investigation is looking into the relationship Shattuck began with the young boy on Instagram. She made sure he got her number, then they began to communicate and began meeting in person. Documents Say Shattuck would pick up the boy and drive to a parking garage almost a half-dozen times in July.
The young boy finally stopped seeing Shattuck after refusing to have sex with her and just never went back to see her.
Charles Britton, the McDonogh School Headmaster notified the campus community, about banning Molly Shattuck from entering the campus and that additional security measures have been put in place "to assure the safety of the students since the incident was reported."
While Shattuck has only been charged with crimes in Delaware, some of the allegations involve inappropriate behavior closer to home. Howard County police told 11 News they are cooperating with police in Delaware but have not opened their own investigation.
