Steve Klein was arraigned in a California court on charges of lewd conduct with a minor and more.

The charges include multiple felony charges:

Two counts of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 14, three counts of lewd conduct with a minor 14 or 15, one count of intent to commit lewd act with a minor, and one count of possession of child pornography.

New Found Glory announced on Facebook December 12, 2013 that they had officially parted ways with guitarist and founding member Steve Klein but that was all that was said at the time.
