The report ranked, "Cities With The Least Healthy (And Healthiest) Populations," using 2021 data from the City Health Dashboard for 46 of the most populated U.S. cities. Forbes used eight metrics to rank each city, such as the number of heart disease or opioid overdose deaths per 100,000 residents, the percentage of adults with diabetes or high blood pressure, and more.

What City In Texas Is Healthiest?
The Forbes poll ranked cities all over the country and Austin, Texas took the #2 spot. The rest of the top 5 healthiest cities i the USA were San Jose, California (1), Seattle, Washington (3), San Diego, California (4) and Denver, Colorado. (5)
Forbes also ranked the least healthy cities in the USA. That top 5 was:
