It's just a few feet away from the Texas-New Mexico state line, and the newest dispensary ready to sell recreational cannabis is touting a 'first-of-its-kind' operation.

Fields of Dreams Dispensary and Grow Facility is now open in Sunland Park, New Mexico, just in time to celebrate 420 Day.

So, what makes it unique?

This isn't just a dispensary. Fields of Dreams also has its own indoor grow house.

It is fittingly celebrating a soft opening on April 20, better known as 420 Day in the U.S.

Friendly reminder: recreational cannabis is LEGAL in New Mexico ... but it is ILLEGAL in Texas.

It is located at 159 Sunland Park Drive, which is right across the street from the Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino and Western Playland. There are several other dispensaries within a few feet of this new location.

Fields of Dreams is a dream come true for those who want to experience the highest quality marijuana products in a safe and professional environment," owner Pablo Duran said in a news release. "Our indoor grow house will provide customers with a hands-on experience as they can watch their product grow from start to finish. This level of transparency and quality sets us apart from other dispensaries.

The dispensary says it will be fully stocked with "high-quality marijuana and CBD products, including marijuana strains, vaporizers, edibles, and more."

A cafe and lounge are also expected to open in the facility soon. Their website says the cafe will be fully licensed for adult marijuana consumption right there on the spot.

Talk about a one-stop shop!

And check this out, knowing its close proximity to a state that looks at cannabis in a much different light, Fields of Dreams' website even has a dedicated 'Texas Customers' section.

A key reminder in that section: cannabis is ILLEGAL in Texas!
