FBI Arrest El Paso Man for Threatening to Kill 200+ People

Manuel Flores, a 42-year-old man from El Paso has been arrested by the FBI after uploading a video to YouTube in which he says:

my dream is to at least take out at least 200 N******.

Flores claimed he would be traveling along Interstate 20 through Dallas and dared Black Lives Matter protesters to stop him. The US Attorney's Office filed a criminal complaint against Flores. The complaint states that:

he recorded and uploaded a video entitled "N***** Lives Matter" in which he can be seen with an AR-15 assault rifle making threats against demonstrators.

The charges against Flores include making posting a threatening communication over the Internet. If found guilty, Flores could face up to 5 years in prison.
