Many bands & artists are planning on tours in 2022 & that includes artists in the El Paso music scene. As a musician myself, I love seeing hard working musicians play to huge crowds at home but I really love seeing bands go on the road to make something of themselves. March will be the start of a mini-tour around the southwest for two local bands: Villains Kiss & The 1-800.

To say the bands are excited is an understatement as quoted by Villains Kiss lead singer David Delgado: "One of my main goals has always been to elevate our region & highlight our local community. Villains Kiss is honored to have this opportunity to represent our city to audiences across the US & we can't think of a better group to join us on this journey... The 1-800"

Both bands have been really making names for themselves in the EP scene:

  • The 1-800 had a boost in popularity last year: racking up over 1.4 million streams, 300k listeners from over 140 countries on Spotify alone; filming & performing in Los Angeles & putting out a new EP "Do You Remember The First Time It Felt Like This?" this year.
