Decapitated Show CANCELED In El Paso Due To Band’s Arrest

On Friday, all four members of the Polish death metal band Decapitated were arrested in Santa Ana, California for allegedly kidnapping a woman on August 31 in Spokane, Washington. According to Metal Injection, the arrested members are 27-year-old Michael M. Lysejko, 35-year-old Waclaw J. Kieltyka, 31-year-old Rafal T. Piotrowski and 30-year-old Hubert E. Wiecek. The Spokesman Review says the band are currently in a Los Angeles County jail waiting to be sent back to Washington.

Decapitated was on tour with Thy Art Is Murder and Fallujah and were set to play Tricky Falls tonight in El Paso. The venue released the following statement about the show:

Sorry everyone - due to Decapitated's legal problems, tomorrow's show has been cancelled. If you purchased tickets at an outlet, you can go there for a refund. Tickets purchased online will be refunded automatically - Tricky Falls
