Tricky Falls Update Sparks Excitement Among El Paso Music Fans
Tricky Falls has been closed since 2018, but that doesn't mean that it's has left the hearts and minds of many El Pasoans.
Is Tricky Falls Reopening?
Suspicions that the beloved concert venue was opening up again began to swirl after many noticed that the Facebook page of Tricky Falls updated their photo.
It didn't take long for many, who unknowingly were still following the page, to begin asking the important questions like: "are you guys back?".
It also prompted many to share their favorite memories of the venue!
Lots of likes and comments must have left the admins of the page in a shock. Imagine making one little update and suddenly it blows up?!
Much to our dismay, an admin probably felt compelled to make an update. They stated that, sadly, the venue was not opening up; instead, Tricky Falls was a promotor of shows in El Paso.
It wasn't the update we all were hoping for, but it's great to see that so Tricky Falls meant so much to a lot of people! I personally loved that venue. I saw some of my favorite bands there- as did so many others! Tricky Falls was known for booking diverse genres, including rock, metal, punk, electronic, and hip-hop, making it a vibrant part of the El Paso music scene.
It's also great to see the Tricky Falls spirit lives on as they promote local shows- like Jim Ward and Emily Davis at Love Buzz- which you can buy tickets for here.
