DC Weatherman Tucker Barnes Reports on Hurricane Irene

A weatherman in D.C. named Tucker Barnes did his report on Hurricane Irene from the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland, and he was covered in a mysterious brown foam that was coming off the ocean...You see where this is going, right? Yep, it wasn't just ANY brown foam. While he was trying to figure out what the foam was, Barnes spit on the ground and said, quote, "It doesn't taste great."
