Hurricane Irene has certainly wreaked havoc. But in the midst of havoc, heroes are given their moment to shine. This...was NOT that moment. As members of the National Guard work to save people and property in Manville, NJ, some troops were faced with a dilemma -- a street with floodwaters so high it looked impassable. So, what did these troops do? They would risk drowning and the loss of a few hundred thousand dollars worth of troop transport and equipment and attempt to DRIVE THROUGH THE WATER LIKE SUBMARINES! THAT'S what they'd do!
