So far, around 9,000 migrants have been bussed from Texas to northern cities, primarily Washington D.C. and New York City. Now, the first migrants have been bussed out of El Paso.
El Paso attorney Omar Carmona has filed a petition that seeks to remove El Paso D.A. Yvonne Rosales from her position. In the 8-page filing, Carmona alleges that Rosales has put El Paso in danger by allowing hundreds of cases to be dismissed because of failure to file.

El Paso Congresswoman Veronica Escobar was arrested earlier today for blocking traffic during an abortion rights rally in front of the Supreme Court in Washington D.C.
U.S Rep. Escobar, who has been vocal about the recent Roe vs. Wade reversal, was seen earlier this afternoon (Tuesday, July 19) getting arrested for blocking traffic during an abortion rights protest after her team posted to Twitter
