Brandon’s ‘Walking Dead’ Season 6 Predictions

We're a few episodes in to the second half of season 6 at this point and we have 5 episodes left. And anyone who has remotely followed the comics knows that the Negan storyline should be very intense.

****COMIC SPOILERS AHEAD****

We've mentioned this on the show before, but Negan is introduced in the comics in an absolutely brutal way. He takes his barbed wire wrapped baseball bat, Lucille, and beats Glenn to death.

Now that could very easily happen in the show. The group goes after Negan and the Saviors and get captured. And Negan proceeds to beat Glenn to death. I don't see that happening though. The show has a done a good job of including very iconic moments from comics, even if changed slightly. Such as the Governor beheading Hershel in the show. In the comics, it's Tyreese that ends up with that fate.

My gut is telling me something is going to happen to Maggie. I've had people say that she can't die because she's pregnant, which to that I say, eh. It could happen. Although I don't think that's what is going to happen. Don't forget, in the comics, during the Governor's raid on the prison, Lori is running away with Judith when she gets shot in the back, killing both her and the baby. But back to Maggie. I have a feeling something will happen that will cause a miscarriage, which will then change her and Glenn's relationship. One or both of them isn't going to take it well.

Now you might be thinking that it won't change that much because Glenn gets beat to a pulp by Negan. But I think this is where they'll take one of the memorable comic scenes, and change it for the show. And I don't like saying this, but I have this feeling the person on the receiving end of Lucille will be Daryl. I've seen a lot of different theories that this might be the season Daryl dies and I think at this point it's possible.

I just hope I'm wrong.
