KBTX Tv 3 received confirmation about a staff member at Blue Bell Creameries in Brenham, Texas has tested positive for Covid-19. Blue Bell Creameries took immediate action to take care of the situation. They notified the other employees that worked closely with the person who has Covid-19. The company asked the employees who worked along with the positive case to self-quarantine and observe their symptoms for 14 days. After Blue Bell Creameries discovered their positive case they cleaned house.

According to the Food and Drug Administration, there hasn't been proof of whether Covid-19 was transmitted through their Blue Bell products. After seeing this news I was bummed because Blue Bell has a couple of flavors I love. My favorite Blue Bell ice cream flavors are Buttered Pecan, Pecan Pralines 'n Cream. The FDA's beliefs still don't help me feel any better about buying my favorite flavors. If you're like me, the majority of the time you like playing it safe instead of being sorry later.

Although we don't know where or what exactly the worker's job description is, it still raises our (the customers) concern. Blue Bell Creameries didn't exactly know or mention to KBTX Tv 3  how the worker contracted Covid-19. Despite what the FDA said about catching Covid-19, do you still feel comfortable buying their products? I am curious if you will still continue to be a loyal customer after discovering this news. Feel free to leave your opinion down below in the poll if you will continue to buy their ice cream.
