5 Skits I Hope To See At ‘The Office! A Musical Parody’
"The Office" is a show I'm constantly recommending to people. It's hilarious. There seems to be an unpopular opinion that it isn't funny, but trust me, it is. It's one of my favorite shows, and if you listen to the Morning Show, you know that we constantly reference it. The show is just so quotable. Which is why when "The Office! A Musical Parody" comes to town on March 26th, I'm sure it will be hilarious but also, I'm hoping that they have some very beloved skits from the show. Here are five I hope to see.
- The Jell-O Prank:
This is iconic. It's Jim's most famous pranks and also how the show started.
- The Vending Machine Prank:
You can tell I love this one because we actually pulled this prank on Buzz not too long ago. I don't know how they'll do it, but I'm sure the musical parody can pull this one off.
- Kevin's Famous Chili:
Kevin became a favorite as the show went one so this scene was one of the saddest but also hilarious scenes of the show.
- Threat Level Midnight:
I want to see this acted out and sang by the whole cast!
- The Fire Drill:
Of course, I saved the best for last. This cold open had me laughing until I cried. I'm sure it will be a feat to pull this off live, especially the whole "save Bandit!" part but how great would it be to see it live?
It of course led to a great scene that taught so many of us how to do CPR.
