4 Time El Paso Jeopardy Champion Close To Winning Another One

When you think of the game show, "Jeopardy!", what are the first names that pop up? Alex Trebek, Ken Jennings, James Holzhauer? Or perhaps you remember the Saturday Night Live Celebrity Jeopardy skits with Will Ferrell like I do...

Well if you're from El Paso, the name that WE know is the past Jeopardy winner John "TK" Focht.

This past week John appeared in the quarter-final rounds of the Tournament Of Champions against Rowan Ward & Courtney Shaw. You can see some of the highlights from the November 3rd taping of the show; John just answers SO many questions right, he makes it look way too easy.

So let's see how much he won on the show...

Yup, John won with a total of $32,000 & advances into the semi-final round, being one step closer to a 5th championship.

Now as we mentioned, he HAS won at least 4 championships during his appearances during the show's 37th season. They all came in the year of 2021:

He won on February 8th & then the very next day on the 9th,

the 10th,

& the 11th.

Sadly John couldn't make it 5 days in a row on the 12th, but he put up a hell of an effort.

As of right now, John became a 4 time Jeopardy Winner winning a total of over $103,000 on the show in 2021 alone.

Now he has a chance of winning AGAIN in 2022 so we'll see if he can do it. Good luck John!
