We don't know why somebody was recording at the time of this accident, but they were. This is real. And the guy standing near the trash can is real lucky. Don't know if he played sports, but he does a pretty quick little back-pedal, too.

Police said Wednesday that ‘Jackass’ star Ryan Dunn was drunk and driving upwards of 140 miles per hour at the time of his fatal car crash early Monday morning. “The initial crash reconstruction investigation determined that Mr. Dunn’s vehicle was traveling between 132-140 miles per hour at the time of the collision,” West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll said in a statement Wednesday (via CNN)
