El Paso is once again making waves in the filmmaking world thanks to Star Central Studios who recently scored a big time, national honor.

Star Central Studios answered local filmmakers prayers' when they opened in May of 2022. For the first time, El Paso filmmakers had a genuine, fully equipped learning center and film production studio.

No longer would locals have to leave El Paso in order to learn and/or actually get hands on practice with proper, modern day equipment and techniques.

Since then, Star Central Studios have put El Paso and Las Cruces on the map in many ways including working with the city of El Paso on a promotional film highlighting our Mission Trail as well as being honored by the state of Texas.

Now they've picked up another prestigious award, this one on a national level.
