Whataburger Has a New Bag and People Are Not Thrilled

Whataburger is going through some changes.

For the longest time, Whataburger has had the same bags and cups; they're white with the orange stripes and orange lettering and are usually easily spotted by any Whataburger lover. However, recently, many have gotten a bag with a subtle change and many are left feeling a bit conflicted.

After ordering their number ones or patty melts, many have been handed a brown bag, not a white one. The bag still have the orange stripes we all know, and it still has the saying we've memorized-"Just Like You Like It" but many people are not liking these brand new bags.

Over on Twitter, Benjamin shared the brown bag he got and immediately ran down all the bad things that have happened in just the past few weeks- and now adding the brown Whataburger bag is just putting a salt in wound!

But it doesn't look like everyone is hating them. Jurdi proudly posted his brown Whataburger bag:

Scotty thinks that the brown bag makes a bit of a difference.

Do the brown bags make a difference? I don't think so.

The question remains: why suddenly are they giving brown bags?

Is there a bag shortage? I don't know.

For the record, I have no problem with the bags, although I have to admit that I haven't had Whataburger in a few weeks so I haven't check to see if the brown bags have hit our local Whataburgers.
