The Powerball jackpot has broken the previous record of $656 million and, some say, it could hit 1 billion dollars.

The current Powerball jackpot is the biggest ever and the Texas lottery is up to $900 million. You could get by on that couldn't you? It would definitely keep you in Chicos Tacos for awhile!

Here are some tips to help you pick your digits for tonight's drawing:

• Forget birthdays, anniversaries and your measurements, let the computer pick the numbers. 70% of past winners did.
• Unless you play the lottery a lot, that is. Then pick your own numbers but, stick to them. (And, experts say, buy as many entries as you can afford.)
• Use 8, 54, 14, 39 and 13. An analysis of past winners shows those digits come up most frequently.
