Deer Encounters Near North Mesa Street Late Hours Of The Night

North Mesa near Executive Center is a dangerous area before the crack of dawn. The area isn't only dangerous because of drunk drivers. It's scary when you have to drive through the area hoping you don't hit a deer. Recently a friend of mine from Abc 7 encountered not one but two deer near his employment. How the two deer managed to get across North Mesa is beyond me. After seeing his encounter with the deer on social media I instantly thought of my experiences. Yes, I've had a few run-ins with deer as I was traveling on North Mesa. The one time that didn't occur on North Mesa was when I was taking Scenic Drive home. But usually, North Mesa from Executive Center to Festival is the guaranteed deer zone. I still count my blessings for the times I saw deer it wasn't in a harmful way.
