There are people who are way ahead of the game and prepare for a winter storm in the smartest way. A lot of us will stumble across someone else's genius idea and wonder why we didn't think of it before. Almost everyone has had one of those moments at some point in their life. Recently experienced one of my own that could save a lot of us a lot of time for a future winter storm. Usually, in El Paso, the city will shut down Transmountain and Scenic Drive to avoid any deadly accidents when we're expected to have snow.

So sometimes some people feel safer taking the backroads to get to the destination they're trying to get to if not the freeway. If you had to work Sunday or today (Monday) means you just had to get ready for your day extra early just to make it on time to where you needed to be. If you're one of those people who dread the snow because the fact you have to leave even earlier means you should follow this El Pasoan's genius idea. If you've already been doing this every time El Paso hits a slight or intense snowstorm, props to you.

But on the way to work I had to just admire and capture a picture of this El Pasoan's brilliant idea. Besides if you rather spend a little extra time staying warm under the covers than having to brush off some snow from your vehicle this idea can help with that. We're a little over halfway through February and all we can hope is to not expect any more snow in the borderland. But if we shall have snow, we all now know what we must do in the future to make it easier leaving to do what you have to do.

So if you don't have a garage or if you do but it's more like a storage unit then this tip will be much of service to you for the next snowfall we have. Let me know your opinion in the poll below about this creative way to help you avoid spending more time in the cold to brush off snow.
