Q: It was stop 4 on a 5 location tour. What remains was once where Officers lived, But now anyone can rent?

A: The Old Fort Bliss Officers Quarters. Ft. Bliss, Established in 1848 has had 5 different locations. The Hart's Mill site, (1878-93), on then the western edge of El Paso is a historic site as the Officer's Quarters are now used as apartments.
