A Pastor in Texas went t his local mall and found kids in line waiting to meet Santa. That's when he decided to tell them that Santa isn't real. Check out the shocking video here.

David Grisham of Repent Amarillo and Last Frontier Evangelism recently went to the Amarillo Westgate Mall and filed himself speaking to kids in one to meet Santa. The pastor then proceeded to tell the children anxiously waiting to meet the big guy that he wasn't real, and that Christmas was actually about the birth of Jesus Christ.

The Texas pastor's rant from this past Saturday was posted online by Grisham himself and quickly went viral. The pastor yelled to the children waiting,

“Kids, I want to tell you today that there is no such thing as Santa Claus. The Christmas season is about Jesus. Jesus was born 2016 years ago. He was born in a manger in a small town called Bethlehem. And that’s the truth about Christmas. The man you’re going to see today is just a man in a suit, dressed up like Santa, but Santa does not exist. Santa’s not real. And parents you all need to stop lying to your children and telling them that Santa Claus is real when in fact he’s not.”

Grisham talked for about a minute before angry parents started walking over to confront him. When Mr. Grisham initially put the video up, he claimed to have been assaulted by some of the parents at the mall. Since then, his initial post has been deleted, but the video can still be found at various sites online. The video has been seen millions of times and started many heated discussions online. The Huffington Post spoke to a representative of the Amarillo Westgate Mall who released a statement regarding the incident:

“We want everyone at our shopping center to have an enjoyable experience. All of the shoppers are expected to follow our code of conduct and will be asked to leave our premises if they don’t follow these rules.”
