
More Texas National Guard Headed For The Border
Get ready for a stronger Texas National Guard presence along the border as Texas prepares for possible violence in response to activities in Iran.
Texas has already seen at least one terroristic attack, (seemingly), related to the war in Iran. Over the weekend a man shot up a bar in Austin, killing 3 and injuring at least a dozen.
According to CNN, the shooter was wearing a shirt with an Iranian flag design and a hoodie with “Property of Allah" printed on it.
Texas National Guard members and Texas Department of Public Safety officers have been stationed along the border to back up the Border Patrol for a few years now as part of "Operation Lone Star".

Texas Governor Gregg Abbott initiated "Operation Fury Shield" Saturday.
