Sun Metro will be detouring routes in areas of El Paso this weekend for three events. Find out which routes will be affected.

Sun Metro will be detouring various routes this weekend for the El Paso High Homecoming Parade, El Paso High Centennial and the Virign of Guadalupe Matachines events this weekend.

On Thursday, October 6th, Route 34 will be detoured for the El Paso High Homecoming Parade from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Buses traveling outbound on Stanton will make a right onto Nevada, left onto Octavia, right onto River and return to regular route. Buses traveling inbound on Schuster will make a left onto Kansas, right onto Arizona and return to regular route.

On Saturday, October 8th, Route 34 will be detoured for El Paso High Centennial from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Buses traveling outbound on Cliff will make a right onto Virginia, left onto River and return to regular route. Buses traveling inbound will not be affected.

Also on Saturday, October 8th, Routes 35 & 50 will be detoured for Virgin of Guadalupe Matachines from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Buses traveling outbound will not be affected. Buses traveling inbound on Yandell will make a left onto Newman, right onto Wyoming, right onto Langtry, left onto Yandell and return to regular route.

Sun Metro drivers will make courtesy stops along the detoured routes as required.
