Sun City Poms Squad Rocks It Out [VIDEO]

These lovely ladies definitely know how to live it up.

The Sun City Poms is a squad made up of ladies 55 and up that was established back in 1979 at a Sun City Retirement Community in Arizona. They are the Golden Girl Cheerleaders type group.

Here's one of the best parts, they have acrobatic dance routines and do pyramids, high kicks, pin wheels (that's when 3 ladies flip another) and more risky stuff. They add some Jazz and Western to their routines to liven them up as well (on top of many more).

To top it off, they also have a Parade Marching Unit, they do approximately 50 shows per year including one at the Fiesta Bowl.

How awesome is that!? Hope that's around when I'm old enough to try out. :)
