Bison apparently don't dig the paparazzi. A Taiwanese exchange student just found that out the hard way.

The 16-year-old Taiwanese exchange student was at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming with her host family when the incident occurred.  Near Old Faithful, the group saw the buffalo and stopped to take a picture from, according to cnn, 3 - 6 feet away. As opposed to the recommended 75 feet. Damn, I'm surprised they didn't try sitting on him.

When the girl turned her back on the bison to pose for the pic, Mr. Bison took offense and the poor girl took a bison horn right in the azz.  She was airlifted to a hospital and is expected to be ok. A park service press release said:

Bison can sprint three times faster than humans can run and are unpredictable and dangerous."

If you have always wanted a "Bison Selfie," you might want to do it facing the critter. And from far, far away.
