This West Texas Bar Keeps Stirring Excitement With Anticipation of their Opening

Soggy Peso in East El Paso hasn't even opened yet but it certainly has stirred some excitement among the locals all because they keep teasing us with their opening date. When do they open? That's the thing, no one knows!

For about five years now, Soggy Peso, located at 11355 Pellicano Dr., has been promoting themselves as a "hip, rustic venue that features 13,000 square feet of outdoor beer garden, open-air seating, a live music stage, as well as, the LARGEST LED TV in El Paso" - that's at least according to their website.

But to this day, still no word on when it's actually set to open. However, Soggy Peso is doing a great job keeping us on our toes! Every now and then they give a little taste of what's to come.

Every time Soggy Peso posts yet another tease of their progress, many have the same thoughts: when is it opening?!

Somehow, there's never a clear response. But Soggy Peso keeps feeding us little morsels- and we gladly take them because the progress has been pretty cool to watch; considering it's been about five years!

But still, no response or at least any indication that Soggy Peso is opening anytime soon! Not even a little hint from anyone directly working with Soggy Peso!

While we don't know much more about this bar, thanks to the City Magazine, we have some idea as to what we can expect when it eventually does open!
