It's not just EPISD getting in on the free food fun.

School may be out for summer across Texas, but kids still need to eat!

And like I said - it's not just the El Paso Independent School District giving away free meals for students this summer, Socorro ISD is also providing a summer meal service.

The Socorro ISD program begins on June 5th and the meals are free to all children ages 18 and under. There is a list of participating schools at the bottom of this article.

The program is being offered through the district's Child Nutrition Services Department.
