Scheduled Road Construction And Closures For El Paso This Week

Looks like we have more road closures and road construction happening in El Paso this week. See if your commute will be affected here.

Doesn’t matter when you’re traveling through the westside of El Paso, it looks like congestion is going to be an issue. Even the east side isn't immune to the traffic and headaches. With road closures, lane closures and more, El Paso traffic is getting worse before it gets any better. There will be some major freeway and road closures happening this week so make sure you are aware so you don’t get caught stuck in traffic.

Here are the major closures for El Paso this week:

Monday, November 13th

I-10 at Sunland Park (9 p.m.-6 a.m.)

• I-10 East CLOSED from Sunland Park Exit to Buena Vista
• Sunland Park Flyover Entrance Ramp to I-10 East CLOSED

Tuesday, November 14th

I-10 at Sunland Park (9 p.m.-6 a.m.)

• I-10 East CLOSED from Sunland Park Exit to Buena Vista
• Sunland Park Flyover Entrance Ramp to I-10 East CLOSED

I-10 and Americas ( 8 p.m.-5 am.)

• I-10 eastbound between Zaragoza overpass and Eastlake overpass COMPLETELY CLOSED
• Zaragosa Entrance ramps COMPLETELY CLOSED

Wednesday, November 15th

I-10 at Executive (9 p.m.-6 a.m.)

• I-10 westbound CLOSED between Executive Center and Sunland Park
• Paisano Entrance Ramp to I-10 eastbound (in front of Shamaley dealership) CLOSED

I-10 and Americas ( 8 p.m.-5 am.)

• I-10 eastbound between Zaragoza overpass and Eastlake overpass COMPLETELY CLOSED
• Zaragosa Entrance ramps COMPLETELY CLOSED

Geronimo Boulevard (9 p.m. - 5 a.m.)

• Geronimo Boulevard underpass COMPLETELY CLOSED

Thursday, November 16th 

I-10 at Executive (9 p.m.-6 a.m.)

• I-10 westbound CLOSED between Executive Center and Sunland Park
• Paisano Entrance Ramp to I-10 eastbound (in front of Shamaley dealership) CLOSED

Geronimo Boulevard (9 p.m. - 5 a.m.)

• Geronimo Boulevard underpass COMPLETELY CLOSED

Continuous Closures This Week

Monday, Nov. 13th through Friday, Nov. 17th (9 p.m.-6 a.m.)

• I-10 Westbound Artcraft Entrance Ramp CLOSED

Sunday, Nov. 12th through Thursday, Nov. 16th (9 p.m.-5 a.m.)

• East and West Executive exit ramps from I-10 CLOSED
• I-10 East at Copia overpass COMPLETELY CLOSED
  • DETOUR- traffic exit Copia then immediately re-enter at the next entrance ramp
  • NOTE: This closure extended till Friday, November 17th
