This morning, the late Supreme Court Justice was the first woman and Jewish person to lie in state at the U.S Capitol Rotunda.

According to USA Today, there have been 34 men who were given the honor since 1852, so it's safe to say the honor is long overdue and who better than Ginsburg. Since Wednesday, many dignitaries and leaders have been stopping by to pay their respect to the gender equality icon.

We've seen former President Bill Clinton, who nominated Ginsburg to the nation's highest court, as well as current President Trump, who has had a contentious relationship with the late Justice. Not to mention the other mourners who never knew RBG, but still, feel an emotional loss since she's passed.

While all of us can mourn and think fondly of the person she was, none of us were able to know her like her fitness trainer Bryant Johnson.

Trainer Bryant Johnson has been working out with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for over 20 years. After Ginsburg's successfully battled cancer for the first time in 1999, she began training with Johnson to help keep her healthy. For a woman of her advanced age, many were impressed with her rigorous workout routine that she stuck to with Johnson.

Bryant Johnson published a book in 2017, "The RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong And You Can Too!," detailing his workout regimen for the fiery feminist so others in their advanced age could follow along and continue working on their health as well. RBG's workout consisted of squats, planks, bicep curls, and the dreaded pushups.

As her trainer arrived at the Capitol to pay his respects at her casket, people were shocked to see him get on the floor and do pushups in her honor. It's probably the first time in history someone has done a pushup in the Capitol Rotunda, but a fitting tribute to a woman who was strong in her beliefs, and her personal fitness.
