Hear Artists You Might Not Have Known Had Made New Music Sunday
Every Sunday afternoon, from 5 to 7pm, you can get your weekly dose of the latest national rock releases & local music from El Paso & around the Borderland with Q-Connected.
This week we'll be featuring artists that are still very much around that perhaps you either forgot about or didn't know where making music:
Artists like Joe Satriani. The great guitar virtuoso has been around for over 35 years & is working on his 19th studio album "The Elephants of Mars" dropping April 8th.
The Scorpions. The German metal band that's been around since 1965 is ALSO working on their 19th studio album "Rock Believer", set to release on the 25th.
Stabbing Westward. The industrial band that came out of the 90s is working on their first album in over 20 years: Chasing Ghosts, coming out March 18th.
& Liam Gallagher. The same Liam Gallagher that you remember being the front man for Oasis. He's been working with Dave Grohl & Greg Kurstin on a new album called "C'mon You Know" & it'll come out May 27th.
We'll also hear the new songs from Plush, Ayron Jones, Limp Bizkit & more.
And of course we can't forget about the local rock: We have from El Paso: The Hot Bachs, Shadow Valley, Texas Voodoo Stomp, Glass Townes, The Betrayed from San Elizario, & Cordova from Las Cruces.
We'll also hear from Austin's The Well, the psychedelics rock band who will be making their way to El Paso to B-17's Bombers this month.
If you're a local artist, you perform in or within 200 miles of El Paso & you want to send in your music for the next Q Connected, you can submit your music right HERE or shoot me an email at daniel.paulus@townsquaremedia.com
Join me for Q-Connected every Sunday afternoon, 5-7pm on 95.5 KLAQ.
