Pokemon Go Banning Cheaters

The creators of the widely popular app 'Pokemon Go' aren't tolerating cheaters. Niantic is banning people who break the rules in the smartphone game for LIFE!

The company says that people have been falsifying their locations and using some third party apps or software to gain advantage. The game uses GPS to guide people around the real world to catch fictional monsters from Pokemon on their phones.

There is an appeals process for people who think they have been banned unfairly. Now, couldn't someone just create a new account and do this over again?
