People Arguing That 2019 Isn’t the End of a Decade and 2020 Is

Lately, some people have been arguing that 2019 is NOT the end of a decade. Those people arguing the opinion believe that 2020 will be the end of a decade. Another reason is that the start of the decade starts with 1 and ends with zero. So then that would mean that 2021 is the start of a new decade which would mean 2019 is NOT the end of a decade. Now some people believe it isn't the end of a decade while others think otherwise.

This subject is definitely something that can be a serious debate with people. The New York Times sat down to discuss the topic with an Astrophysicist. Now the Astrophysicist could not provide a legit answer to settle this opinion people were fighting about. Those arguing that 2019 is not the end of a decade may be technically correct.
