Most of us have struggled with a pimple now and then. I do get the occasional acne cyst because my genes suck or Miley Cyrus cursed me. They are pretty gross and can get pretty deep in the skin.

I do take care of my skin to get rid of them but this guy just seems to enjoy the company of his puss filled buddy. This massive cyst is maybe the size of a golf ball but the amount of puss coming out seems like gallons.
