No Beer in El Paso Polka (Audio)

The UT Chancellor has still not changed his mind about allowing beer sales at the Julio Cesar Chavez HBO fight at the Sun Bowl.  Steve Kaplowitz and other assure me that he will eventually but the fight is coming up June 16th. What's going on? Is he going to wait 'til the last minute? Or, maybe El Pasoans just can't be trusted to drink responsibly. It's not like they put this condition on any other city in Texas that holds events at a University of Texas facility.  It's insulting.  That's why we're encouraging everyone attending the fight to sneak in as much hard liquor as they possibly can.
