My Top 4 Pet Peeves Some Local Drivers Do On The Freeway
Part of the reason I don't like to take I-10 is because of certain drivers that like to pet my peeves. The times I do need to speed it along to get to my location I will take the freeway. Part of the reason I don't like to take I-10 is because of certain drivers that like to pet my peeves. The times I do need to speed it along to get to my location I will take the freeway. But the times I am not in a rush, I usually take Scenic Drive to get from one destination to another. I have seen accidents happen and prefer to avoid all that by taking a longer route. Below I listed my top 4 pet peeves when I take the freeway sometimes. We all are entitled to our own pet peeves when it comes to local drivers. There are other issues that also bug me but not as much as these top 4 I listed below. For example, I also despise people who try and get into your lane without using a turning signal. That is something minor that I don't mind dealing with on the freeway. The pet peeves below, those are really annoying and have me feeling like I am on the highway to hell!

If you're going to be driving 45 mph I hope you plan on staying in the far right lane. Usually, the right lane is reserved for slower drivers. As for the left lane, that is reserved for those who plan on going 60 mph or more. So if you drive slow in the passing lane don't be upset if someone quickly rushes to get in front of you.

When I use the freeway it's because I am in a rush to get from point A to point B. I don't understand why some people enter the freeway going 35 mph instead of 50 mph. If you're going to enter the freeway you should speed it up instead of going slow!

This reminds me of a scene from the movie My Best Friends Wedding. It is when Cameron Diaz is driving on the freeway and realizes her exit is about 2 feet away. She straight up hauls a** from the very far left lane to the exit almost causing an accident. I've witnessed this many times that usually happens to the ones speeding.

Most of the time you see someone using the shoulder as a passing lane tends to be crotch rockets. Very rarely there have been vehicles that use the shoulder to pass traffic.
