One mother was given the best surprise of her life on the day she will always remember and never forget! Margaret (the mother) was diagnosed with a strong form of breast cancer last year.

The family wanted to make sure Margaret had a happy ending on her final day of chemotherapy treatment. There were different groups of people waiting at certain corners holding balloons and signs. This parade lifted up Margaret's spirit after completing her final chemo session. It's good to have a big support system while surviving the many trips to chemotherapy. You can show your support to those who struggled or are struggling at the moment this Sunday! Our Colors Run Together have their 5k that will take place at Cohen Stadium. The Rio Grande Cancer Foundation want you to participate and wear the ribbon color you will represent.

You still have time to register in order to show your support at the 2nd Annual Our Colors Run Together 5k!
