This week, hop in the time machine with Metallica and rock like it's 1999!

Metallica have been doing their Metallica Monday concert series for a few weeks now and this time around, they are taking us back about 20 years to Bogota, Colombia. Jason Newsted was still holding down the low end back then and the set featured one of my all-time favorite songs, "Of Wolf And Man". A badass track off "Metallica", aka the "Black Album", that they rarely, RARELY, play live. Here's the entire nights' setlist:

Breadfan / Master of Puppets / Of Wolf and Man / The Thing That Should Not Be / Fuel / The Memory Remains / Bleeding Me / The Four Horsemen / For Whom the Bell Tolls / King Nothing / Wherever I May Roam / One / Fight Fire with Fire / ENCORE / Nothing Else Matters / Sad But True / Creeping Death / ENCORE 2 / Die, Die My Darling / Enter Sandman / ENCORE 3 / Battery

Last weeks' show was a 2008 performance filmed in Spain. Metalica began posting these concerts for free to help us all pass the time while being held hostage by the COVID 19 quarantine. Even though those restrictions have seen some changes, they're keeping 'em coming to entertain their fans and to generate money for various COVID 19 related causes via their All Within My Hands foundation.

You can help them reach their weekly goal here. Now, grab some cold ones, invite your favorite peeps over and watch Metallica, as many times as you would like, thanks to Darron Powell, Attorney at Law.
