The Baltimore County Police Department were not too happy about one guy filming them arresting two people in the street. The cameraman has the right to film the police, thanks to the first amendment, but the police decided to assault him anyway.

Once the police noticed the camera, they started verballing warning the cameraman to get away from the area but then one of the cops started pushing him down the street.

He does start to walk away from the scene on his own but the cops continue to follow him, still upset that he is filming them. At one point in this video, the cameraman asks the police, "I thought I had the freedom of speech?"

One officer answered, "You don't, you just lost it."

Watch the video for yourself and decide who was right in this situation.
