The Legendary "Local Loco" tears through a new Ministry track in a video and article posted on Guitar Worlds website.

Guitar World magazine recently posted an article about the new Ministry track, "Alert Level" and it includes a video of Cesar playing the song. (Watch the video here.) It will be featured on the new Ministry album but, given it's relevance to the current, absolutely crazy times we live in, Ministry frontman and founder Al Jourgensen decided to release this particular song early.

Al and Ministry have never been shy about voicing their opinions, political or otherwise, through their music and it looks like the new album will be just as honest ... and brutal ... as its predecessors. The album title has still not been announced but it will be their 15th release to date.

Cesar Soto, a native El Pasoan, has been with Ministry for about 6 years now and he has also been involved with Pissing Razors and Years Of Cold just to name a couple. Outside of Ministry, Cesar is currently involved with a couple of other projects. His solo project is Tides Of Titan and he is also a member of 3 Headed Snake, a band which also includes his Ministry cohort/partner in crime, (and former El Pasoan), Sin Quirin. See them in action in the video up above.

Tides Of Titan once again teams Cesar up with Matt Lynch, who is also the guitarist and a co-founder of Pissing Razors. You can listen to Tides Of Titan here.
