Listeners Give us Great Ideas for Couple Themed Shirts

Valentine's Day is right around the corner! It's on Sunday, y'all- just in case you need a reminder! Despite this year's pandemic, many people will still celebrate Valentines day, whether it be with a night out at a restaurant or a romantic night in.

With love in the air- we decided to come up with a love themed topic for our faithful followers of our Facebook page. That's right, it's time for another "Joanna asks the Facebook followers". Previously, I've asked questions like "What cartoon food have you always wanted to try?" and "What Movie Quote Do You Catch Yourself Randomly Shooting?"

This time, to celebrate the day of love, we asked listeners to create an El Paso themed couple shirts.

Here are some of the great responses. We don't know if we'll turn these comments into actual shirts- but if we do we know exactly who to credit!

"Orale" and "Ayyye" are common phrases heard in the borderland, it'd be cute to see some couples rocking shirts like that. Seeing as how we are a military town- the Tricare comment is pretty hilarious.

The "La Cadenita" comment refers to this classic song heard at parties across the borderland:

Also, let's just ignore that sharing of a significant other comment.

The Chico & Taco one is cute.

Then, things took a turn.

Y'all are worrying me about the thought of marriage.
