Kappa Delta Sorority Theme Party Considered Insensitive [VIDEO]

Everyone knows if you're going to join a sorority you will be bound to be doing something crazy at some point. This sorority Kappa Delta at Indiana University held a party with the theme of being homeless. After this theme party there were quite a bit of complaints saying it  "perpetuated insensitivity toward the homeless community."
